It’s a new year with lots of changes affecting the world of caring for children in foster care. There are questions and confusion as the new CCR (Continuum of Care Reform) and RFA (Resource Family Approval) laws and policies are being initiated. In addition, there are still changes being made as they are rolled out. Below are some ways you can ask questions and access information.
RFA: For questions regarding RFA, the best way to contact someone is through email at RFA@dss.ca.gov. You should receive a response quickly.
CCR: For questions or information regarding CCR, email CCR@dss.ca.gov. You can also subscribe to the CCR newsletter at this email address.
Complaints: For information regarding complaints and licensing compliance, call the CCLD (Community Care Licensing Department) Complaint Hotline at 1-844-LET-US-NO (1-844-538-8766), or email email@example.com.
